The role:
·Carrying out general cleaning duties including hoovering, mopping and dusting
· Removing old food from communal fridges or cupboards and disposing of waste
· Emptying the rubbish and recycling bins
· Cleaning spills or accidents and thoroughly disinfecting communal areas such as kitchen sides
· Loading and emptying the dishwasher and ensuring company kitchen equipment is well maintained and kept hygienic
· Monitor cleaning supply levels and inform Facilities & Operations Assistant when levels are low
· Monitoring cleaning equipment and informing Facilities & Operations Assistant of any issues
· Completing a set number of daily tasks as specified by any Supervisors (e.g. microwave plates weekly)
· Completing regular office checks (e.g. tightening office chairs and auditing for any faulty equipment or furniture – informing Facilities & Operations Assistant of any issues)
Working pattern
· Mon - Thurs 18:00 - 20:00 (8 hrs per week)
