The role:
Be the primary point of contact to all in-life clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including day to day contacts and other key client stakeholders and decision makers.
- Ensure clear internal communication across relevant departments.
- Encourage engagement with LinkedIn posts, LinkedIn recommendations and google reviews.
Coordinate regular service calls/meetings with all in-life clients
- Manage calendar invites and scheduling communications.
- Complete preparation for all client calls and ensure that all internal stakeholders are sufficiently prepared by creating and sharing agendas.
- Arrange, attend and chair face to face meetings with clients with a focus on product engagement, performance, client growth and any opportunities.
Support the contract and sales processes
- Ensure a strong understanding and knowledge of contracts.
- Actively seek opportunities for cross-selling, asking probing questions to identify any areas of interest that we may be able to generate a lead from.
- Collaborating with the sales team for a true reflection of what sales opportunities there are for current clients and what opportunities are in the pipeline
Grow and develop the account management function
- Actively seek and identify opportunities for improvements in processes and the client experience and support the implementation of these.
- Record processes and procedures to support the smooth running of the team.
