The role:
- Oversee our Client Account Manager and Project Manager teams.
- Monitor and co-ordinate all project management activity.
- Maintain and report on KPI data.
- Act as the escalation point of contact for all clients, co-ordinating resolution efforts and facilitating internal and external discussions.
- Work closely with the Development and Business Analyst teams to co-ordinate delivery of work items.
- Actively seek and identify opportunities for improvements in processes and support the implementation of these.
- Prepare regular reporting and feedback for the management team.
- Liaise with all relevant parties to ensure any issues are dealt with satisfactorily.
