The role:

  • Oversee our Client Account Manager and Project Manager teams.
  • Monitor and co-ordinate all project management activity.
  • Maintain and report on KPI data.
  • Act as the escalation point of contact for all clients, co-ordinating resolution efforts and facilitating internal and external discussions.
  • Work closely with the Development and Business Analyst teams to co-ordinate delivery of work items.
  • Actively seek and identify opportunities for improvements in processes and support the implementation of these.
  • Prepare regular reporting and feedback for the management team.
  • Liaise with all relevant parties to ensure any issues are dealt with satisfactorily.
