The role:
The Junior BA will become part of our Solutions Department supporting a number of critical areas of the business. They will have regular, detailed discussions with our clients to design tailored decision engines. They will demonstrate product features as part of a training process for new and existing clients, becoming helping new clients get live while using our services to their greatest potential. The Junior BA will be expected to support sales by confidently presenting solutions and products to prospective clients with specific decisioning needs. The BA will also work closely with our developers to help drive product development.
Required experience
- 1+ years' experience in an analytical role
- Strong documentation skills with great attention to detail
- Evidence of problem-solving skills, designing the right structure and solutions
- Competent using excel for analytical purposes
- Ability to discuss and present analysis professionally and coherently
- Ability to use initiative, prioritise, manage own workload and anticipate the needs of others
