Provide support to the Project Manager for any required projects:
- Attend regular client project meetings.
- Take minutes and actions from internal and external meetings.
- Act as a first level of support, coordinating support and work from the development/support teams where required.
Project manage the implementation of products for clients:
- Chair any client project meetings.
- Ensure progress is being made, expectations are being managed, and risks and concerns are identified and resolved.
- Act as the first point of escalation for the client.
- Facilitate open and honest discussions on issues with clients, using problem-solving skills to adapt to the needs of the client with a solutions-focused mindset.
- Encourage client progression through the project phases, highlighting any risks or delays to internal and external stakeholders.
Operational and Data Responsibilities:
- Monitor data input for development team KPIs to ensure high data quality.
- Act as the operational point of contact for Equifax and Experian partnerships.
- Monitor usage of products for live use for contractual and billing purposes.
Required experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Excel
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Exceptional level of attention to detail
- A logical thinker with a strong aptitude for problem solving
- Interested in learning the technical side of the products & services
Optional experience
- Degree educated preferred, but not essential
- Prince2 qualifications welcomed, but not essential
