Provide support to the Project Manager for any required projects:

  • Attend regular client project meetings.
  • Take minutes and actions from internal and external meetings.
  • Act as a first level of support, coordinating support and work from the development/support teams where required.

Project manage the implementation of products for clients:

  • Chair any client project meetings.
  • Ensure progress is being made, expectations are being managed, and risks and concerns are identified and resolved.
  • Act as the first point of escalation for the client.
  • Facilitate open and honest discussions on issues with clients, using problem-solving skills to adapt to the needs of the client with a solutions-focused mindset.
  • Encourage client progression through the project phases, highlighting any risks or delays to internal and external stakeholders.

Operational and Data Responsibilities:

  • Monitor data input for development team KPIs to ensure high data quality.
  • Act as the operational point of contact for Equifax and Experian partnerships.
  • Monitor usage of products for live use for contractual and billing purposes.

Required experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Exceptional level of attention to detail
  • A logical thinker with a strong aptitude for problem solving
  • Interested in learning the technical side of the products & services

Optional experience

  • Degree educated preferred, but not essential
  • Prince2 qualifications welcomed, but not essential
