The role:

  • Responsible for administration duties
  • Be willing to chase, challenge and follow up on actions
  • Working directly with the Sales & Marketing Operations Manager
  • Providing monthly statistics
  • Organising meetings, taking minutes and following up on actions
  • Monitor and record KPI’s
  • Responsible for data entry
  • Overseeing company social media platforms
  • Supporting with the administration and running of email campaigns
  • Organising travel for the team

Required experience

  • Previous experience in an office administration role is desirable
  • The ability to work as part of a team
  • Someone who is organised and able to work to tight deadlines
  • Strong written & verbal communication 
  • Good attention to detail
  • Someone who will thrive in a fast-paced environment
